($5 off if paid by TBA, $5 off for nzlarps members or Waikato residents)

Catering on site

Meals for Friday night, Saturday and Sunday will be catered. Breakfast, dinners and lunches will be $10 per meal. Soft drinks and candy will be available also.

We are pleased to offer a special pre-pay weekend meal price: the whole weekend's meals for $30 if you pay before X (otherwise $10 per meal). Not only is this a saving off the full price, but it means you don't have to worry about cash on the day, and get to jump to the head of line!

Gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options are available. Please email us to let us know your requirements.

Accommodation

On site accommodation is available at the venue. 20 accommodation spaces are available inside in an open dormitory style. There is space outside for up to 30 people in tents. Accommodation is free but priority will be given to those coming from out of Hamilton.
